Head Chef Raymond Murray is a man of few words, he prefers to let his food do the talking. A wealth of experience in restaurants culminated in him being executive head chef for the skandia group and serving as head chef at Simply Deanes under michelin starred chef Michael Dean. His food is fresh, clean and consistent.
Sous Chef Sean Chambers has a superb knowledge of ingredients and how to cook them that belies his youth, he has been part of our team for over 3 years and he continues to gather a wealth of skills, experience and confidence. He loves to cook with local fresh produce and the ‘cook from fresh’ ethos of our head chef Raymond.
