STARTERS Winter Soup with Freshly baked mini Guinness Wheaten loaf. Baked Goats cheese with apple and fig chutney accompanied by Beetroot textures. Duck Liver Pate, red onion marmalade, with mulled wine vinaigrette and crisp wafers. Classic Prawn cocktail, baby leaf salad, homemade seafood sauce & Guinness wheaten.
MAINS Slow butter Roasted Turkey with Honey Glazed Ham, Chestnut & herb stuffing with our red wine and cranberry jus. Our famous Slow cooked 24hr Dromara Beef, with charred onions and our fine red wine gravy. Poached Hake fillet locally sourced with a samphire, spinach and chive veloute. Char Grilled Chicken with our famous bacon & leek cream sauce. Vegetarian Sizzler served on a sizzling cast iron skillet with Chips or Rice. Sirloin (£7) or Fillet (£10) Steak Options can be added to your menu if you wish with supplements as stated, dishes served with button mushrooms, chips, onion rings plus pepper or whiskey sauce.
DESERTS Traditional Christmas Pudding with Brandy and Baileys sauce. Winter spiced Chocolate Brownie, served with Sandeman ice-cream. Fresh Fruit Pavlova served with ice and fresh cream. Apple crumble served with custard and ice-cream. Selection of ice-creams and oak tree sorbets.

From Newry take the a25 then after one mile take b8 hilltown road, travel a further 4 miles, turn left onto Crossan Rd which is just before the large Eurospar. We are located one mile down the Crossan Rd on the left.
