At Mayobridge Golf Club to all Visitors, Guests & Societies
Set in the rolling countryside of South Down we are just 5 miles from Newry City on the gateway to the Mourne Mountains one mile from the small village of Mayobridge. Affiliated to the GUI in 2005 our course has many unique features including a quiet and picturesque setting, old farm cottages from centuries past and a few water hazards thrown in for good measure. Accurate irons are the order of the day to get a good scorecard at our club, with small greens on the shorter par 4’s as well as some tricky elevated ones.

THE OAK TREE RESTAURANT
The new clubhouse at Mayobridge Golf Club has a superb reputation for great food at a reasonable price in beautiful surroundings. The Bar and Restaurant is open to the public and is very popular among non golfers.
You can eat in the less formal surroundings of the Bar/Lounge complete with open fire and bay windows overlooking the final green, or the Oak Tree restaurant where fine dining and linen laid tables provide the perfect setting for an intimate meal or that special occasion. Wherever you choose to eat the food will not disappoint.
We also cater for private functions such a birthdays, christenings, anniversary's, holy communion and confirmation meals with family and friends. We can even cater for small weddings and the old cottages on the course can provide ideal photo opportunities for your album.
Our normal opening hours for food/drink are Tuesday - Sunday from midday onwards in summer and Wednesday - Sunday during the winter.
